Product Delivery and Shipment Tracking

Shipping Schedule

Our warehouse processes shipments daily at 12:00 PM (noon) on business days. Orders confirmed with payment before this time will be handed over to the carrier for delivery on the    same day.

Our primary shipping carrier is Thailand Post Express Mail Service (EMS), and we may also utilize secondary carriers such as Flash Express, Kerry, or J&T in cases where the primary carrier cannot service certain areas. Additionally, for orders placed through platforms such as Shopee or Lazada where the platform itself determines the shipping provider.

 

The store may suspend deliveries on government holidays, store holidays, or special holidays as announced by the government. Advance notice will be provided on the store’s announcement page or social media channels.

Delivery Timeframe

Normally, deliveries are processed within a maximum of 3 business days or as per the schedule below:

Express Delivery via Messenger Services

Our company offers express delivery services for customers in need of urgent receipt of products, specifically within Bangkok and its suburbs. We will arrange for messenger services to pick up the products and deliver them within 2 hours from the time the messenger service receives the package, barring any unforeseen circumstances. We may utilize services such as GrabExpress, Lalamove, Bolt, Lineman, or others available at that time.

Express delivery services are available Monday to Saturday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (excluding public holidays).

Tracking Delivery Status

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email registered on our website/ordering process. Alternatively, customers can view it through the menu “My Account” > “Orders” > (click on the latest order).

Customers can track their delivery status by clicking on the tracking number in the email or in the respective order. If unable to click the link for any reason, customers can copy and paste the tracking number to check on the courier’s website for updates.

The issue of delivery

If any issues arise during the delivery process, such as:

  • Delayed delivery beyond the specified timeframe
  • Parcel shows as delivered but not received
  • Parcel returned without prior contact from the courier
  • Delivery status indicates parcel damage
  • Incorrect recipient information preventing delivery
  • Other delivery-related concerns

Customers can contact us to report any issues encountered through the following channels. Our staff will assist in coordinating tracking of parcels, providing instructions, or updating on responsibilities regarding damaged parcels promptly.
